    Unfortunately we do not allow refunds, returns or exchanges. All purchases here on our store are final. Should you have issues with your order, such as receiving an incorrect order, incorrect size or if your items were damaged in transit please contact us at info@limitedrun.co.za. Any queries regarding orders must be made within 2 business days of receiving the item and must include a detailed description of the issue, concern or fault. Limited Run verification tags that are attached to all our items must not be removed. If they are unattached, the items will not qualify for a return, exchange or refund despite the fault (this includes damage in transit). Return shipping costs will be at the expense of the buyer and shipping costs of the item are non-refundable.

    We offer a selection of shipping options tailored to your needs. Should you require insurance for your goods whilst in transit, we offer shipping options that see to that. If you are based in Cape Town, we offer a drop-off service straight to your door at R100. Standard shipping at R150 (1-5 days, depending on your location, does not include insurance on the value of the item), Standard Insured shipping at R350 (insurance up to the value of R10 000), Premium Insured Shipping at R500 (Insurance for an infinite amount). Make your selection at checkout. Please note: if a shipping option without insurance is selected, we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or theft while the package is in transit.

How To Use Sneaker LAB Sneaker Protector

  1. Ensure your sneakers are clean and dry.
  2. If you’re protecting suede sneakers, be sure to first use the Sneaker LAB Sneaker Brush to brush the material in one direction.
  3. Hold the Sneaker LAB sneaker protector 15 - 20 cm away from the shoe and generously spray the sneaker protector spray onto the shoe.
  4. Once covering the entire sneaker or shoe with the protective shoe spray, allow them to air dry overnight.
